About the position:

Initiate outbound calls to the IRS to gather information about clients' tax concerns and issues.

Compile and organize comprehensive reports detailing clients' tax problems and the necessary steps for resolution.

Request and obtain necessary transcripts, documents, and information from the IRS on behalf of clients.

Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion of assigned duties.
Job Requirements:
-
Active PTIN and CAF numbers with the IRS are required.

CTEC Certification preferred.
-
1-2 years of experience with a tax-related CRM.

Possesses excellent computer (G Suite, Microsoft Office) skills.

Time management – multi-tasker, able to manage large caseloads, prioritize cases, and follow up with Tax Professionals, Sales, and Clients in a timely manner.

Ability to remain focused and productive within a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong work ethic.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes.
