We are seeking an experienced, people-focused Director of Human Resources to lead and strengthen our client's employee experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for an HR leader who is passionate about building an engaging workplace culture, developing meaningful employee programs, and partnering with leadership to attract, retain, and develop exceptional talent.
As the organization's sole HR leader supporting over 400 employees, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while overseeing all aspects of Human Resources. Our HR foundation—including policies, procedures, and employee handbook—is already well established. We are seeking someone who can elevate our employee engagement, strengthen our culture, enhance our compensation and benefits programs, and help create an environment where employees thrive.
While hiring managers lead the majority of day-to-day recruiting efforts, this role provides strategic guidance throughout the hiring process and leads recruitment for select management and leadership-level positions.
This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution and thrives in an environment where relationships, collaboration, and people are at the center of the business.
