Duties

- Oversee the preparation of a variety of deli items, including sandwiches, salads, charcuterie, and catering orders
- Train and motivate team members in knife skills, cooking techniques, food service procedures, and safety protocols
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage to minimize waste and control costs
- Maintain compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards through regular inspections
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product selections and addressing inquiries promptly
