Join us as a CDL-A Local Driver on a dedicated night route out of Arcadia, FL. You'll enjoy steady local freight, dependable weekly pay, and home time every single day. No experience necessary - new CDL grads are welcome to apply.
You'll run two dedicated local routes each day, handling no-touch freight through drop-and-hook and live unload.
Pay & Compensation
- Weekly pay: $1,200 – $1,400
- Short-haul bonus: $30 for loads under 90 miles
- Stop pay: $10/stop
- Weekly direct deposit
Schedule & Home Time
- Home every day
- Night shift only
- Choose your schedule:
- Thursday – Monday
- Friday – Tuesday
- Consistent freight year-round
Freight & Equipment
- No-touch freight
- Drop & hook / live unload
- Two daily runs
- Dedicated local routes
- Newer automatic trucks
- Well-maintained, safety-equipped fleet
Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Comply with all DOT regulations
- Log hours accurately via ELD
- Coordinate with dispatch on ETAs and deliveries
- Deliver freight safely and punctually
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- No experience needed
- Must live within 40 miles of Arcadia, FL
- Available for night shifts
- DOT medical card preferred
