Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide exceptional one-on-one patient care in Dade City, FL. Care is needed 4 hours per day, 7 days a week.
Duties
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, exercise program.
- Document visit tasks and notes in the company EMR system
Qualifications
- Valid certification as an HHA or CNA from an accredited program
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical record keeping
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to patient care and documentation
- CPR certification is required; additional certifications such as hospice care, dementia care, or Alzheimer's care are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
