As a Transactional Construction Attorney on our team, we are looking for the following experience:
-
JD from accredited law school
-
Admitted to New York Bar
-
5+ years as a practicing attorney with experience representing owners and developers in all phases of the construction of commercial and residential real estate
-
Strong working knowledge of construction case law and the New York Lien Law
-
Transactional real estate experience – in the areas of development, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and/or financing – is a plus!

Drafting and Negotiating design, engineering, consulting and construction agreements
