Travel Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer

Day Shift | 5x8s (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
We are seeking an experienced Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer for a 12-week travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong adult echocardiography experience who thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality adult echocardiograms in acute care and outpatient settings.
- Complete 2D and 3D echocardiography studies.
- Perform Color Doppler, Bubble Studies, and imaging with contrast agents.
- Assist with Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE).
- Perform Pharmacologic and Treadmill Stress Echocardiography.
- Calculate Simpson's Rule, Diastology, LV Strain/LV Volume, and PISA measurements.
- Document studies using Epic EMR and PACS.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Float within the facility as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer experience.
- Previous travel experience required.
- Experience in Adult Acute Care, ICU, Emergency Department, and Outpatient settings.
- Epic experience required.
- Experience performing:
- 2D & 3D Echo
- TEE
- Bubble Studies
- Color Doppler
- Contrast Imaging
- Pharmacologic Stress Echo
- Treadmill Stress Echo
Certifications
- BLS
- RDCS or RCS (CCI)
- ARDMS preferred.
