We're looking for a Studio Assistant to join our team and help bring that experience to life every day.
This role is perfect for someone who is creative, outgoing, highly organized, and excited to wear many hats. If you love social media, enjoy planning events, have an eye for aesthetics, and want a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to run a growing business, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Create a warm and welcoming experience
- Greet families as they arrive
- Check clients into classes
- Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Help foster the warm, inclusive community The Bunny Hive is known for
Support Social Media & Marketing
- Capture photo and video content throughout the week
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Reply to social media messages and comments
- Help brainstorm creative content ideas and promotions
Keep the Studio Beautiful
- Oversee studio cleanliness and organization
- Ensure the studio is always welcoming and presentation-ready
- Help create seasonal displays and decorations
Support Programming & Teachers
- Create art samples and prepare class materials
- Assist with studio projects and special programming
- Help teachers with classroom setup and organization
Plan & Host Community Events
- Help coordinate seasonal celebrations and studio events
- Host special pop-ups such as Wine Nights, Flower Bouquet Workshops, Moms' Nights Out, and other community-building experiences
- Assist with event setup, execution, and guest experience
Assist with Administrative Tasks
- Answer emails and inquiries
- Support day-to-day studio operations
- Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed
Who You Are

- Passionate about building community, especially among women and young families
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
