Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of special events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning without compromising quality.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best terms and services.
- Implement event marketing strategies to promote upcoming events and increase attendance.
- Manage guest services to ensure a welcoming experience that exceeds expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for events.
- Handle onsite event management, troubleshooting issues promptly to guarantee smooth execution.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contracts and vendor management.
- Proven ability in event planning, including logistics, catering, and banquet arrangements.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Skilled in managing event budgets and financial tracking tools.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques related to event promotion and upselling opportunities.
- Experience with hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
