What You’ll Do

Own your accounts: Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of strategic customers through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives

Drive revenue: Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and performance metrics

Build relationships: Develop trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers

Think strategically: Create and execute account plans aligned to customer goals and long-term success

Be a solutions expert: Present EMS products and deliver tailored demos that align to client needs and use cases

Expand opportunities: Identify new areas for growth within existing accounts and drive expansion efforts

Close with confidence: Lead opportunities through the full sales cycle from discovery to close

Collaborate: Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience

Stay organized: Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account activity in Salesforce
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business cases

Build and manage a robust pipeline with clear visibility into account activity
-
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting within Salesforce
-
Support client engagement initiatives including onsite demonstrations, workshops, and events
-
Represent EMS at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer engagements
-
Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales strategy and go-to-market execution
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
5–7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
-
Proven success in retaining and growing customer accounts
-
Experience managing complex, enterprise-level relationships
-
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
-
CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
-
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
-
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50–75%
