Fast-growing personal injury law firm seeking an In-House Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation, community outreach, and brand visibility. This hybrid role blends digital strategy with boots-on-the-ground marketing and social media execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Personal Injury lead-generation campaigns (Google Ads, LSAs, paid social)
- Track and optimize cost per lead, signed cases, and ROI
- Execute boots-on-the-ground marketing (community events, referral relationships, firm presence)
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (posts, stories, short-form video)
- Collaborate with intake team to improve lead quality and conversion
- Coordinate website content, SEO efforts, and online reputation
- Ensure compliance with legal advertising rules
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience (law firm or Personal Injury preferred)
- Experience with digital ads, social media management, and analytics
- Comfortable representing the firm at community or networking events
- Strong communication and organizational skills
