Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Heart to Heart is looking for a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
If you're passionate about helping children with autism and related developmental needs, we'd love to meet you. Working towards your certification? No problem- we'll help you get certified! Heart to Heart provides training, support, and guidance through the RBT certification process.
What you'll do:

Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.

Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.

Collect data and track client progress.

Build meaningful relationships with clients and families.

Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team members.
We're looking for:

High School diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience with children is a plus (not required)

Driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong communication skills

Compassionate heart

Willingness to learn and grow in the ABA field
