Senior Project Manager (Mechanical Construction)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and coordinate mechanical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal work, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage project teams and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.

Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and resolve any issues that arise.

Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical construction project management.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal systems.

Proven track record of managing commercial construction projects successfully.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Professional certifications (PMP, LEED) are a plus.
