The Lifeguard position at Plum Hollow Country Club for the Summer Season involves ensuring the safety and well-being of the club members and guests at the pool.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor swimmers and provide assistance when needed
- Enforce pool rules and regulations
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
- Maintain a clean and safe pool area
Requirements:
- Current Lifeguard certification
- The minimum hiring age is 16
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong swimming skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
