Cameron Park Montessori is seeking a Montessori-minded individual to work 5 days per week, MTW 8:00am-1:30pm and Th/F 8:00am-3:30pm in our preschool program.
This shift includes morning classroom support and lunch time supervision, with some naproom responsibilities .

Our staff responsibilities include:
- Arriving to work on time and ready to perform duties
- Assisting fully-qualified teacher in the visual supervision and care of children
- Communicating with and caring for each child with respect and kindness
- Preparing areas of the classroom by performing tasks such as pencil sharpening, making copies, or refilling materials
- Various cleanup and assistance at times of transition during school day
- Participating in staff in-service days and professional development sessions
- Completing an annual self-assessment and contract meeting with site director
- Being responsible for and adhering to all standards and policies set forth in staff handbook
- Reporting any safety concerns to director immediately
- Being a mandated reporter for the well-being of all children in the center
Educational and Training Requirements include:
- Desire to further education
- Current enrollment in ECE units/Ability to enroll in ECE units within the first 6 months of employment
- Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (can be coordinated and reimbursed with Admin)
- Live Scan fingerprints cleared
- Current TB test and Health Report
- Mandated Reporter Training completed within 90 days of employment

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
