KAC is seeking a dependable, hands-on Janitorial & Grounds Keeping Trainer/Lead to join our team. This position combines leadership with direct service by providing janitorial, grounds keeping, and light maintenance services while mentoring and training individuals with disabilities. The Trainer/Lead works alongside employees with disabilities, demonstrating job tasks, promoting safe work practices, and helping each individual develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed. This position is a Full Time, 40 hour a week role with rotating weekend and holiday coverage.
