Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver | Multiple Shifts Available | Earn Up to $22/hr
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Location: Quakertown, PA Additional opportunities available in Dublin

Shifts Available:
- First Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
- Second Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Overnight Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Success Rehabilitation is hiring compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
In this role, you'll support adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions by helping them build independence, achieve personal goals, and participate fully in their communities.

Compensation Highlights Full-Time DSPs
- Base Rate: $17/hour
- Evening, weekend, and overnight differentials available
- Earn up to $22/hour on qualifying shifts
Part-Time DSPs
- Base Rate: $16/hour
- Shift differentials available
- Earn up to $21/hour on qualifying shifts
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll assist individuals recovering from brain injuries with daily living activities while promoting independence and personal growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
- Supporting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Administering medications after completing paid training
- Transporting clients to appointments, shopping, vocational activities, and community outings
- Implementing treatment plans and behavioral supports
- Documenting daily progress and activities
- Creating a safe, supportive, and respectful living environment
Qualifications Required
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Preferred
- Experience as a DSP, Caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, Residential Aide, Behavioral Health Technician, or similar role
- Experience supporting adults with disabilities or special populations.
