Mountford & Ruszkowski Family Dentistry is looking to hire a new Patient Services Representative (Front Desk Team Member). We are looking for an outgoing, trustworthy, and dedicated team member to join our long-standing, caring, and friendly practice. Ideal candidates will have a desire to come to work with a smile. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help coordinate appointments, verify insurance, and manage patient records with precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care while providing outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will also have some experience with medical or dental billing, customer service, or financial responsibilities; however, outstanding customer service and teamwork are of utmost importance to us so we are willing to train the right applicant.
