Business Development Coordinator
at our CHEVY location in Nazareth, PA

Job Summary:
The Business Development Coordinator (BDC) will assist the sales department in supporting customers to find the vehicle that is right for them.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
- Maintains professional appearance in accordance with company dress code.
Qualifications/Skills:
- At least one (1) year in related field of customer service experience; automotive related a plus.
- Excellent team collaborative attitude and eagerness to work with others.
- Excellent verbal/written, interpersonal and customer communication skills. Bilinguala plus.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and neat work space and uphold Brown-Daub standards at all times.

Pay: $26,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
