General Description:
- Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations across the supply chain.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee customer order management, production planning, material planning, warehousing, inventory management, shipping, receiving, packaging, and internal/external logistics flows.

Ensure on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and production planning that meets customer requirements and inventory targets.

Coordinate logistics activities with customers, suppliers, shipping contractors, and cross-functional internal departments.

Manage logistics, freight, and warehousing costs while ensuring compliance with budget objectives.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve logistics processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Establish, monitor, and drive logistics KPIs to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead the implementation of new logistics and supply chain projects.

Manage supplier and transportation provider performance to ensure service reliability and cost efficiency.

Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team, including performance management and annual performance reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Materials Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Warehouse Management (shipping & receiving).

3–5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional logistics teams.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Tier 1 manufacturing and injection molding.

Experience with ERP/SAP systems.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.

Experience in inventory, purchasing, supplier, and logistics management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
