We are hiring Class A CDL TEAM drivers for steady, consistent team runs.
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- $0.80–$0.90 CPM per driver
- Sign-on bonus
- Avg. 2,500+ miles per week per driver
- No-touch freight (drop & hook)
- Hub-to-hub runs
- Weekly pay (direct deposit)
- Flexible home time (often weekly, depending on route)

EQUIPMENT
- Volvo 860 trucks
- Inverter, fridge, GPS
- Bunk heater & A/C
- Well-maintained fleet
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run team with a co-driver across assigned lanes
- Drive safely and follow DOT regulations
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections
- Keep equipment clean
- Communicate with dispatch as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Doubles endorsement required
- 1 year tractor-trailer experience (last 3 years) or 5 years (last 10)
- Clean driving record (no major violations)
- 21+
FedEx Ground experience is a plus, but not required.

WORK DEMANDS
- Driving (95%) and waiting at terminals (5%)
- Sitting for extended periods (up to 11 hours/day)
- Getting in/out of truck regularly
- Occasional physical work (dollies, etc.)
