The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial food processing area. It is recommended that you have training and experience working with HACCP, SSOP's, and OSHA. You will be responsible for physical and food safety and end of shift sanitation on your shift.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Follow SSOP's, HACCP plan, and OSHA requirements.
- Maintain Proper Temperature and First In First Out (FIFO) Product Flow.
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to company procedures and safety standards
- Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order
- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine quality checks on finished products to ensure specifications are met
- Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals
- Assist with changeovers and product transitions as needed
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to improve efficiency
- Completion of all daily scheduled sanitation tasks.
Hours: Monday through Friday 5:45AM to 4:15PM. Workloads and seasonal pressures will extend this schedule during holiday periods.
