What You'll Do

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.

Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

Lead property operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain a positive, professional atmosphere that promotes resident satisfaction.
Qualifications

Apartment community management experience required.

Tax Credit experience is required.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Friendly, professional, and service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred.
