Qualifications
- High school diploma or a GED equivalent
- Commercial Roofing experience is preferred
- Ability to comprehend blueprints and work specifications preferred
- Clear, effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive drive for completing tasks successfully
- Proficient ability to use basic hand tools, machinery operation a plus
- Ability to collaborate with team members in order to achieve goals
- Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
Responsibilities
- Maintain a focus on safety and quality in production and instillation processes
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints and engineering plans along with other data
- Attention to detail and the ability to take direction/guidance from supervisor
- Understand and interpret measurements and math
- Communicate effectively with team, supervisors, and clients
Pay and Benefits
- Pay is commensurate with experience starting from $20 and up
