We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist Floater to support our business centers in Lanham, MD, Rockville, MD, and McLean, VA. The Lanham location will serve as the employee's home office, with regular travel between all three locations as business needs require.
This position pays $18.00 per hour and includes mileage reimbursement for travel between office locations.
As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and prospective tenants, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of multiple business centers. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service in a professional office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls on behalf of TKO Suites.
- Provide recommendations, information, and solutions based on client needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and common area environment.
- Conduct tours for prospective clients and showcase available office and meeting space options.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package services.
- Assist with maintaining client accounts, processing check deposits, and performing administrative tasks.
- Monitor office operations and promptly communicate any concerns or potential issues to management.
- Remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when addressing client questions or concerns.
- Travel between Lanham, MD, Rockville, MD, and McLean, VA locations to provide coverage and operational support as needed.
- Complete additional duties and special projects assigned by the management team.
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm
- Availability during standard business hours required
- Travel between office locations required as needed
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software systems.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between office locations as needed.
