What You'll Do:

Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content across social media platforms

Manage and schedule posts while maintaining a consistent and unified brand voice

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with our audience

Create and manage social media campaigns and paid advertising initiatives

Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach

Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices

Collaborate with leadership and staff to highlight programs, events, and resident life
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

At least 3-5 year's experience in social media management or similar role

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

Knowledge of major social media platforms and audience engagement strategies
