What you'll do:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will help lead our restaurant team and ensure exceptional guest service. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily restaurant operations and service standards
- Supporting and coaching team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Monitoring guest needs and resolving concerns promptly
- Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper setup throughout the restaurant
- Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and company policies
What we're looking for:
- Previous restaurant or food & beverage supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a positive, organized, and productive work environment
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace policies
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
