Maintenance Specialist, Bldg/Facility/Const, Foreman (PCN 25-2067)
to help us Keep Alaska Moving!
What you will be doing:
This Foreman position organizes, assigns and directly supervises a multi-disciplined group of LTC employees. Responsible and accountable for the quality and quantity of work performed by Facilities employees in various districts. This position maintains State facilities for the safe and efficient operation of State business by government employees and members of the public. This position provides Coordination/Supervision of Maintenance Teams.

The Working Environment You Can Expect:
This position is located at the Fairbanks Hub Maintenance Shop and is responsible for maintaining, installing, and repairing facility systems and components across facilities maintained by Northern Region Division of Facilities Services. The role requires occasional field inspections and may involve short-duration travel, including travel via commercial or small aircraft, depending on the nature of the assignment
