Florence-based logistics company is looking for a full-time tracking/tracing associate. Responsibilities include continuous tracking of all shipments, data entry and effective communicating with the customer service department. Candidate must have a strong skill set in organization and time management. This is a fast-paced environment that requires problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task.
Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
