Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable and organized Laundry & Equipment Coordinator to support our daily operations. This behind-the-scenes role is crucial to keeping our field teams stocked, supplied, and equipped with clean supplies and well-maintained gear. This is a great job for a mom with school age kids or a retiree looking for part time work!
Key Responsibilities
- Run laundry throughout the shift: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry and supply areas
- Distribute and track cleaning equipment as teams check it in and out
- Monitor equipment condition, report issues, and handle basic cleaning/maintenance
- Refill, restock, and organize cleaning supplies
- Assist with special projects and occasional office or cleaning tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Organized and proactive with strong time management skills
- Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting laundry bins, bending or cleaning equipment
- Detail-oriented and able to follow systems for tracking inventory and equipment use
- A team player willing to jump in where needed to support operations
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability Monday–Friday, 10 am to 3 pm
- Prior experience with laundry services, janitorial supply management, or a related field a plus (but not required)
- Ability to work independently and keep a clean, efficient workspace
- Smartphone to clock in and out.
- A valid driver’s license (no personal vehicle required).
- Ability to pass a background check.
