Duties

- Stock shelves efficiently using manual handling techniques and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners safely to load, unload, and move products
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading deliveries while following safe lifting practices
- Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock counts and proper documentation
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays, packaging products, and ensuring the store looks inviting
- Perform routine cleaning duties to uphold a safe, tidy environment for staff and customers
Skills
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Experience with warehouse operations, including forklift operation and manual handling techniques
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, stocking procedures, and merchandising standards
- Proficiency in using RF scanners, inventory management software, and basic math for stock counts and transactions
