Quikrete, the leading producer of packaged concrete and related products, is looking for a 2nd Shift Supervisor at our location in Chesapeake, VA. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the manufacturing of QUIKRETE products on a variety of production lines. This includes personnel training, safety programs, quality control, and housekeeping duties; all while controlling costs to the lowest level possible.

About the Role
The Supervisor reports to the Production Manager and must work closely with other production management and maintenance personnel. Teamwork with other company supervisors, peers, and subordinates is a must.
Responsibilities:
· Supervision of production personnel
· Production scheduling
· Maintain Inventory to meet customer requirements
· Daily production reports
· Quality control
About You
We Require:
· High School Diploma or GED; Post high school degree preferred
· Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel is a plus
· Good attention to detail and with a high degree of accuracy
· Knowledge and experience operating vertical form fill & seal machine and/or air packing equipment is a huge plus.
