Shankwiler Capital Group LLC is a South Florida holding company acquiring an established residential HVAC company in Miami-Dade. We are seeking a Florida-licensed Certified Air Conditioning Contractor (CAC) to serve as the qualifying license holder for our HVAC operating entity, SCG HVAC LLC. This is a part-time, low-commitment role suited for a retired or semi-retired HVAC professional with an active CAC license.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as CAC qualifying license holder for SCG HVAC LLC
- Ensure license remains active and in good standing with Florida DBPR
- Available for permit pulls and inspections as needed
- Periodic compliance oversight — no daily field presence required
Requirements:
- Active Florida CAC license in good standing
- Clean disciplinary record with DBPR
- Miami-Dade area preferred
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
