Responsibilities
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with manufacturers and Priority Lighting.
- Perform Take-Offs (digitally and manually)
- Requesting and organizing the quotations of manufacturers, jobs / projects.
- Reading and understanding technical/specification sheets
- Utilizing specialist product knowledge
- Review, Cross/VE counts as per plan
- Ensure completion of the quote in a timely manner and within the budgetary limits
- Maintain, manage, and document all quotes, project reports, and statements
- Track and maintain project expenditure within its budget
- Handle multiple quotes
- Creating Priority Lighting documents such as photometrics, submittals, etc.
Two-year lighting experience preferred, electrical, or construction related fields may count DOE.
Must be well versed in Outlook, Teams, Adobe and Excel.
