Rise Advisory is growing our AT&T Business team and looking for a bilingual AT&T Representative (Spanish) to support our expanding business telecommunications campaign in the Santa Clara area.
This is a full-time, in-person business-to-business (B2B) sales role where you'll work directly with local business owners and decision-makers to introduce AT&T wireless, business internet, fiber, and connectivity solutions, and help customers find services that fit their business needs.
If you're fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working toward goals, this is a great opportunity to develop valuable experience in sales, customer service, and business communications. No previous telecommunications or business sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for career advancement based on performance.
As an AT&T Representative (Spanish), you'll:
- Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers throughout assigned territories
- Present AT&T Business wireless, fiber internet, and telecommunications solutions
- Explain pricing, promotions, business plans, and available service options in both English and Spanish
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that support their business operations
- Assist with business account setup, service enrollments, activations, and account updates
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and follow-up communication
- Build long-term relationships with business clients through professional, consultative sales
- Work toward individual and team sales goals while representing AT&T with professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working directly with business clients in a customer-facing sales environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in B2B sales, telecommunications, retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is helpful but not required
Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
