Excellent Tcl, Perl scripting skills with a focus on automating chip design flows (Singapore, Malaysia).
Responsibilities
- (30%) Work with the software team to interface Plunify tools with major FPGA design tools like those from Intel and Xilinx.
- (70%) Automate CAD flows to implement features in our software based on feedback from R&D and from customers.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Tcl/Perl, and familiarity with command-line APIs
- Experienced in automating FPGA workflows, for example, knowing why, when and how to go from synthesis to place-and-route and then timing analysis.
- Working knowledge of Xilinx and/or Intel FPGA design tools and flows
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices
Qualifications
- BS / MS in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- At least 3-5 years of tool scripting experience
