If you are someone who can get a minimum of 4 qualified appointments per week with business who want to grow then you will make $75,000 - $185,000 per year including base pay, commission, and bonuses.
However, this role is commission based until we close 8 of your appointments.

Minimum Performance Requirement:
Minimum of 4 appointments per week
Minimum of 4 closes per month
Compensation
Everyone starts in a full commission role earning $1000 their first closed account then $600 per close until they close 8 accounts. Once 8 closed accounts are achieved then they transition into a role that includes a base pay of $30,000 , commission and bonuses.
Examples of expected earning based on closing % of appointment scheduled and the below is using an example of 4 appointments. If you average more than 4 appointments per week you will earn more.
Below is based on 4 appointments per week
- 25% close rate = approximate income of $75,000
- 50% close rate = approximate income of $125,000
- 75% close rate = approximate income of $175,000
Highest performers can exceed $200,000 in total annual earnings.
This role rewards activity and consistency.
What This Role Requires
This is NOT an inbound order-taker position.
This requires disciplined weekly activity and strong outbound effort.
You must be comfortable with:
- High-volume cold calling
- Email outreach
- LinkedIn prospecting
- Social media engagement
- Daily CRM usage and pipeline tracking
- Booking and conducting in-person meetings
- Weekly networking events
- Local Chamber of Commerce involvement
- Groups like BNI and other referral organizations
- Building long-term strategic referral relationships
This is a production role.
Activity → Appointments → Closes → Income.
