Job Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated Foreman for our Salt Lake City Yard. This position is responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving with several internal departments as well as the safety of their team. Do you like to be part of an employee's growth? Responsibilities
- Supervise yard personnel
- Coordinating delivery schedules
- Loading & unloading delivery trucks
- Preparing & cleaning equipment for deliveries
- Prepare orders for crews/counter sales/deliveries
- Inspect all loads as final check before delivery
- Receive/verify incoming materials for facility
- Monitor & maintain a clean and organized yard environment: free of trash and weeds
- Assist in loading customers
- Support safety and company policies
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.
Requirements/Skills
- Must be able to lift 80 lbs
- Must be comfortable working outdoors
- Must be able to drive a forklift safely
- Must have experience in leadership role, 3 years is required
- Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe preferred
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Must be 18+ to operate equipment
- Must pass new hire & random drug tests
- Ability to sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- The employee is frequently required to use hands, fingers; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel or crouch
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 6:30am-4pm
- 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
