We’re a small, family-owned construction company looking to bring on a Skilled Trim Carpenter with extensive knowledge in remodeling or new construction to join our crew. What the Job Involves:
- Installing interior trim, baseboards, casing, crown molding, and custom finish carpentry.
- Installing interior and exterior doors, hardware, cabinets, shelving, and decorative wood beams.
- Reading plans and accurately laying out work to meet project specifications.
- Operating power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Working on both residential remodels and new construction projects.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site every day.
- Protecting clients' homes and property while work is being performed.
- Producing high-quality craftsmanship with strong attention to detail.
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet project schedules.
- Prioritizing quality over speed while maintaining productivity.
- Following all safety procedures and company standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced finish/trim carpenter with strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience in both residential remodels and new construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Interior and exterior doors
- Baseboard, casing, crown molding, and other trim
- Cabinets and built-in cabinetry
- Decorative beams and architectural wood features
- Hardware and finish carpentry details
- Takes Extreme Ownership—owns mistakes, solves problems, and follows through without being asked.
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work every day.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Takes pride in producing exceptional work rather than just finishing the job.
- Professional appearance and respectful when working in occupied homes.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and safely perform the physical demands of the job.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
