What You’ll Do
- Build relationships and meet with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial goals
- Develop customized strategies around:
- Financial planning
- Life and disability protection
- Retirement and wealth strategies
- Educate clients so they can make confident, informed decisions
- Grow your professional expertise through licensing, ongoing training, and mentorship
- Operate with the independence of an entrepreneur while supported by a team and established firm

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to obtain required licenses (FINRA SIE, Series 6/7, Series 63, Life & Health)
- Study materials, training, and exam fees provided
- Previous experience in sales, leadership, business ownership, athletics, or client-facing roles is a plus — but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $75,000 – $120,000 (performance-based)
