Job Description
United Southwest Components, LLC is hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Alvarado, Texas.
We manufacture wood roof trusses, wood floor trusses, and wood wall panels and are currently hiring for multiple manufacturing positions.
Current openings include:
- Truss Assemblers
- Saw Operators
- Forklift Operators
Experience in truss manufacturing or skilled framing is preferred, but it is not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates.
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates are dependable, hard-working, able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and willing to learn. Previous truss manufacturing, framing, saw operation, forklift, or related construction/manufacturing experience is a plus.
Pay & Schedule
Starting pay is $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience. Both day and night shift positions are available.
