We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This full-time role involves maintaining residential apartment properties throughout the city of Rochester. The ideal candidate should have prior maintenance experience and be capable of working independently while following assigned daily tasks.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation (Required for the first 90-120 days; mileage will be reimbursed)
- Prior maintenance experience in residential and/or commercial settings
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Must provide own tools for maintenance tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day maintenance operations at residential and commercial properties
- Conduct electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general apartment repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests and perform general property upkeep.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
