Job Overview
We are currently hiring a Physical Therapy Technician/Front Desk Rover for our Scottsdale office. This is a dynamic role for someone who is adaptable, reliable, and thrives in a team-oriented, fast-moving setting.
This position will support both front desk operations and physical therapy (PT) back-office functions, while also acting as a “rover” to assist wherever needed throughout the clinic. The ideal candidate is highly flexible, detail-oriented, and ready to step in to support multiple areas of the office at any given time.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments, including bulk scheduling (10+ visits when appropriate)
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage follow-ups
- Ensure patient demographics and accounts are accurate and complete
- Collect payments and review patient ledgers when needed
PT Tech Duties:
- Assist providers with patient exercises and therapy flow
- Guide patients through prescribed PT programs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
- Track and assist with PT unit flow and time management
Rover Responsibilities:
- Float between front desk and back office based on clinic needs
- Support team members to maintain patient flow and efficiency
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by management
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk, medical office, or PT tech experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Comfortable working in both administrative and patient-facing roles

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
