Work Schedule
Applicants must be available:
- Wednesday through Monday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Closed on Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Job Responsibilities
As a member of our kitchen team, you will:
- Prepare and present quality breakfast, lunch and bar menu items.
- Manage breakfast, lunch and bar service to ensure timely food preparation.
- Complete prep work for upcoming shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards to prevent cross-contamination.
- Understand food allergens and accommodate dietary needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Help provide an outstanding dining experience for every guest.
Qualifications

- Strong cooking and food preparation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
