Mercedes Scientific is a national medical lab distribution company located in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. This position is primarily responsible for picking, and distributing products by performing the following duties.
- Read customer order to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or convey orders to packing station or shipping department.
- Mark materials with identifying information.
- Use a computer to enter records.
- Prepare parcels for mailing.
The ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence is required. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:30AM to 6:00 pm ; however ability to work overtime is required on heavy shipment days.
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift licensing and/or certification – a plus

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
