About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical expert responsible for maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our advanced manufacturing systems. By leveraging your expertise in automation and electromechanical systems, you will directly influence our production output and operational excellence.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions in CNC machinery, PLCs, and complex mechanical assemblies to minimize downtime.

Execute the installation and calibration of electromechanical drives and sensor systems to optimize manufacturing throughput.

Manage electrical distribution tasks involving three-phase power and various control voltages with a focus on safety and precision.

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and precision measuring equipment to perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades.

Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements that enhance equipment longevity and performance.

Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and internal protocols to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
Qualifications-
Degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment, motor controls, and PLCs.

Strong working knowledge of three-phase electrical systems and control voltage circuits.

Proficiency in using standard shop tools, multimeters, and diagnostic testing equipment.

Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems through analytical thinking.

Hands-on experience with programming and troubleshooting HMIs and PC-based control systems.

Experience working within high-volume, automated manufacturing environments.

Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
