Counter Sales Associate – Wholesale Transmission Parts (Northwest Houston)

We are a well-established wholesale transmission parts distributor serving professional transmission shops, automotive repair facilities, and industry specialists throughout the Houston area. Our Northwest Houston location is growing, and we are looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team.
Position Summary
The Counter Sales Associate will assist walk‑in customers, answer product questions, process orders, and provide expert guidance on transmission parts and components. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
- Auto parts knowledge – Preferred
- (Experience in automotive parts, transmission rebuilding, or related fields preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced wholesale environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic computer skills (order entry, inventory lookup, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.01 per hour
