Title: 3D Printing Technician / Highly Motivated Learner
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on and with multiple different 3D printers
- Unload and prepare printers for new print runs
- Post-Process 3d printed parts and inspect for quality defects
- Use additional equipment such as media-blasters, heat-set inserts, vacuums, air compressors and tumblers.
- Perform repairs and routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Maintain a sanitized and cleanly workspace always
- Follow procedures accurately and consistently
- Adherence to hazardous waste removal and safety precautions for yourself and others.
Skills and Experience:
- Maker/Creator; or Personal or Professional experience with 3D printers or additive manufacturing technologies Preferred
- High-attention to detail
- Deep ownership of the output of your work
- Focus on Cleanliness and orderly work environment
- The ability to adapt and flex with changing needs and obstacles
- Ability to work with latex, respiratory masks, and safety glasses for long periods of time
