Overview
We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and personable Bartender/Cocktail Server to join our team at our upscale bar located inside a premium private cigar lounge. If you enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting quality drinks, and providing exceptional customer service in a relaxed, adult environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly, attentive table and bar service to guests.
- Recommend cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine based on guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
- Verify guest IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Restock bar supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work as part of a team to create a memorable guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending and/or cocktail serving experience preferred.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Able to work 6-8 hour shift in cigar secondhand smoke.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or willingness to obtain one, if required).
- Weekend and evening availability is required.
