Direct care manager (CNA, Home health Aide) for Group Home, In-home services
Duties
The manager may be responsible for assisting with the daily care of a severely handicapped individuals, some who are in a wheel chair. Supervise direct care staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team committed to exceptional resident care. Oversee daily operations of the group home, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in a group home setting
Full time manager M-F 9am-5pm must have an open schedule to work various shifts if needed. And must have managerial or lead experience.
Part time direct care staff shift M-F 11am-4pm
Must pass level 2 background
Must have a HS diploma
Must be able to use a computer with training
No certification needed
